This last weekend we spent time with our Niederer and Taylor cousins. Starting on Friday night, we went swimming( where we played keep away and scared away most of the people at the pool:) , we ate pizza and cake ( the cake was for Brigham because he was 6th grade student of the year at the middle school) we watched Phineas and Ferb AND we had races going up and down the stairs vs. the slowest elevator ever!
Then on Saturday we went swimming again, and had some fun times playing at hte park. At the park we all played flag tag. On one team we had all the fast people, Matt, Tara, Sydeny, Brigham, Karsten AND Simon and then there was the smart team (who won 3 out of the 4 games we played.) Christopher, Rebecca, Jennifer, Darrin, Emma, Ellie, Natalie and Kira. Everybody was sore for a long time!
After the park we all went to the movie, Up! It was such a cute movie! After the movie we played another short round of flag tag, where a boy from across the street came to play, and then we all said goodbye til the next time!
Saturday night was full of fun when Mom, Dad and Emma went to the Debate Banquet. Emma recieved a very nice plaque saying she was in Public Forum Debate and Salesmanship Speaking. We had such a nice time!
Monday night we went to the McCombs house for dinner. The McCombs have been our friends ever since they moved to Aberdeen. Playing Do your love you neighbor and a game called Animal Slap was tons of fun.
